General Information
First aid and emergency medical services will be provided to all COP29 visitors at the conference venue. International attendees are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance.
Operating dates
Medical Services will be available from November 4 to November 23, 2024.
Operating Hours
The first aid rooms in the Blue Zone will be open from 08:00 to 22:00. Ambulance services will be available overnight, with one of the first aid rooms operating 24 hours a day.
Emergency Medical Assistance on Call
Medical assistance will be available on hand within the conference venue. Attendees can seek support from COP29 staff members or visit the nearest first aid room. The emergency medical assistance number is 103 and can be reached via mobile or landline.
Arrival and Departure
Ambulance services will be available at Heydar Aliyev International Airport to provide medical assistance and facilitate patient transfer to hospital, if required.
