The portal supports the registration of a wide range of radio-electronic devices, including Digital Satellite News Gathering (DSNG) systems and other operational devices.

For media representatives attending COP29, understanding the regulations governing the import and export of media equipment is essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Any equipment that will be temporarily brought into the Republic of Azerbaijan must be declared through the E-customs: Electronic Customs Services portal to meet the local customs clearance requirements. To avoid potential delays at customs checkpoints, all declarations must be completed and submitted no later than 72 hours before arrival in Azerbaijan.
