Green Zone Media Accreditation

The COP29 Green Zone, managed and delivered by the COP29 Presidency, provides a dynamic forum for participants to share their perspectives. It is a hub for discussions, panels, and demonstrations showcasing both current innovations and potential solutions for combating climate change.

The COP29 Green Zone Media accreditation is reserved for members of the press who represent global and local media organisations formally registered in a country recognised by the United Nations General Assembly. Local media representatives must be registered with the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The COP29 Green Zone Media Accreditation Portal is the only official platform through which media can be accredited to the COP29 Green Zone.

Please thoroughly read the GZ Media Accreditation Policy before starting an application.

For detailed, step-by-step guidance and answers to frequently asked questions, please consult the GZ Media Accreditation Guide and FAQ.
